Robert, Jackie and everyone are amazing. I have been patronizing this auto center for years, since I gave up on the Toyota dealership in Santa Monica. Every time I took my car in for normal service, the very next day something major broke. The first time: casual. The second time, a concern, the third time....well, you guess. So I went to Robert, and I have never looked back. Absolutely trustworthy, friendly, accommodating, and always going the extra mile. I now consider them friends, and it would be hard to convey what it means to me to have such friends. They have managed to keep my car going even at the ripe age of 26 - though it has only 100,000 miles on it. They always keep you informed, they are prompt, efficient, clean, and absolutely wonderful. I cannot say enough superlatives - they would never be sufficient to convey how great they are.

Took my SUV here for repair today. Robert and the team were fantastic. They were able to diagnose the issue quickly and also informed me about other things to consider repairing without pressuring me. I will definitely return the next time I need work done.

Another outstanding experience! Amazing prompt service that always seems to exceed my expectations. Turn around time on my wife's Mercedes G Wagon was less than a day. I greatly appreciate they take appointments so they can get my car back to my wife asap. As a working father and 2 small kids, my wife needs the Mercedes back as quick as possible but more importantly, properly repaired. I literally trust Robert and Jackie with my families life.
