For $60, they successfully (so far) repaired my tire that had picked up a nail and was leaking. I made an appointment to bring the car in before 9:30, at their instruction, so they could "get to it right away." I needed to pick it up before my wife went to work in a few hours. When I called at noon before heading out to pick it up, they said they were just about to put the tire back on. I didn't look at the tire when I picked it up, but the next day I discovered the valve cap was missing. Overall, it was a pleasant, efficient experience.
