Exceptional ! Robert, Richard & David did a pre-purchase inspection for me today and helped me avoid a catastrophe. Robert is a hell of a nice guy and answered ALL of my questions and gave me really useful advice. TRUST ME, if you want honest advice before committing and buying an used car, go to these guys . Absolute legends ! Just to add, they work on an appointment basis. I was also 20 minutes late and they could have turned me away - they did not even mention me being late once ( not encouraging being late, just highlighting the fact that they were considerate ).

These people are absolutely OUTSTANDING! THE VERY BEST! We have a 2017 Subaru Outback. One of its low beam headlights went out and so I decided to replace both of these headlights. I went to the local Subaru dealer and was told that the only way to do this was to replace the entire headlight assemblies because the low beam bulbs couldn't be removed and replaced. I was given a cost estimate for one assembly which was over $1,050. That meant that just for this part alone for two headlights I would be paying about $2,100. And then there'd be labor. I was looking at something like $2,500! I decided to go elsewhere. And thankfully I did. And BTW I will never set foot in that dealership again. I next called two Subaru dealers in Colorado where we have a second home and was told by both that replacing the two headlight assemblies was nonsense and that the bulbs could be removed and replaced. I therefore went online, bought two low beam bulbs for around $62 and went to 26th Street Auto Center. They installed the bulbs for $150 and now I'm their latest customer for life. Quite a difference between $2,500 and $222!

I had both front wheel brake pads and discs replaced at 26th Street Auto Service. All communications with the team were seamless. The point of contact was always available and response times were immediate. They were able to answer all of my questions and deliver a quote right away. The manager even gave me a great price in order to accommodate my needs. For the actual pads and discs they used top name brands that are above industry standards. The actual repair and replacement was done in less than 4 hrs. And I was able to pick up my car that same afternoon, right after getting off work. Great service. Fast and efficient. Great communication. Great price. It’s not a question of if I’ll go to them again, it’s a matter of when.
